Venue Terms & Student Consent Form

You must read the code of conduct to the bottom before agreeing.

1. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ALCOHOL & INTOXICANTS:
Bringing, consuming, distributing, or entering under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, smoking, or any intoxicant is strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in immediate removal by security, forfeiture of pass without refund, disciplinary suspension by the college administration, and filing of a police report.

2. RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR & DECORUM:
Attendees must maintain high professional conduct. Treat all juniors, seniors, faculty, security personnel, and service staff with respect. Healthy interaction and positive celebration are expected.

3. ZERO HARASSMENT & ANTI-RAGGING:
Ragging, eve-teasing, harassment (verbal, physical, or non-verbal), inappropriate comments, or physical intimidation are strictly illegal and punishable under the Supreme Court of India Anti-Ragging guidelines. Immediate FIR will be lodged.

4. DRESS CODE GUIDELINES:
Attendees are requested to wear decent, elegant smart casuals, western party wear, or traditional Indian ethnic attire. Torn clothing, offensive slogans, or indecent dress are prohibited.

5. STRICTLY PERSONAL & NON-TRANSFERABLE PASS:
Your digital entry pass contains your verified name, mobile, roll number, photo, and a unique cryptographic QR code. Sharing, selling, screenshot-sharing, or forging passes will lead to blacklisting from all future college events.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA:
Photography is permitted in designated stages, photo booths, and common event spaces. Unconsented, intrusive, or candid photography/videography of fellow students is strictly prohibited.

7. GATE CLOSING & DISCIPLINE:
Gate check-in will strictly operate during scheduled entry hours. Security personnel and the MCA Batch of 2025–2027 Organizing Committee reserve the final right to deny entry to anyone failing to adhere to protocols.

8. EXCLUSIVITY & OUTSIDER BAN:
This event is exclusively for MCA students of IET Lucknow. Only MCA IET college students allowed — outsiders, non-college guests, or unverified individuals are strictly prohibited from entering the venue under any circumstances.
